The message ‘Windows Insider Program manages this option‘ appears on the screen and there is no option, no drop down menu from which to select a different frequency. Some users suggested that downloading and installing update KB4135051 should fix this problem. Unfortunately, this suggestion doesn’t really work as this bug is rooted into the operating system’s code. This means that Microsoft needs to roll out a hotfix to fix it, as this user points out: Well, we don’t think that Microsoft considers this Feedback frequency bug to be an urgent matter, so most likely, the hotfix will  be available next week on May Patch Tuesday.
